What kind of artwork is required?

Camera-ready artwork is preferred. business cards or letterhead is also accepted. Artwork submitted must be at least as large as the desired embroidered size.You may send us your artwork by electronic mail to: artwork@3rdeyepromotions.com. Files should be compressed if possible. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PageMaker programs in .eps file formats are preferred. You may also submit your artwork in the following format: JPEG, GIF, and TIF.

 

What is the set-up fee?

The set-up fee is a one-time charge for your logo to be digitized for embroidery. The amount of this fee depends on the number of stitches in your logo. For up to 8000 stitches, the cost is $45 which is waived with a $400 order. if the design has over 8000 stitches, please send us the artwork for a free quote.(The number of stitches in a logo depend upon the size and complexity of the design.

 

When will I be billed?

Upon your approval of the embroidered logo, We will bill you for 30% of the order and the balance will be due upon delivery of the completed order.

 

Do you charge for embroidered Individual names?

Yes. $5.00 each. Please state block, script, or Goudy type.
